Buyung Sitorus hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. When May Baskara came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Gambrengan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that May Baskara couldn't finish the play. If Utha Sarumpaet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Hukoleen FC's zone, May Baskara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pinilih Tirtoprodjo came out of the goal and May Baskara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute Rusli Raweyai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pinilih Tirtoprodjo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Gambrengan's zone, Encas Tecuari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jehad Permana came out of the goal and Encas Tecuari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sutan Bagaskara kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Sirod Radjasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hukoleen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sirod Radjasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jehad Permana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The goalkeeper, Pinilih Tirtoprodjo, was totally fooled by Gambrengan's Noce Probosutedjo, who 35 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.
