In the 3rd match minute, Boearan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Widhie Sujarwo to maneuver through the defense. In the 4th minute of the match Pasha Sukardi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sopian Martanegara skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chiterap's zone, Hilman Suheri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gandung Djakasuria came out of the goal and Hilman Suheri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yazid Kotto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the game, Endang Amrizal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Gandung Djakasuria was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 24 minutes into the game, Hilman Suheri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. The Chiterap fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hilman Suheri in the 41st minute of play forced Chiterap's goalkeeper Gandung Djakasuria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Endang Amrizal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yazid Kotto made a kick off. Endang Amrizal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Gandung Djakasuria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Yazid Kotto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chiterap's Aldri Tecuari got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sopian Martanegara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yazid Kotto, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Hilman Suheri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gandung Djakasuria having to interfere. Gandung Djakasuria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Endang Amrizal, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Hilman Suheri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Widhie Sujarwo during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Chiterap's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldri Tecuari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sopian Martanegara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yazid Kotto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Boearan FC booed when Chiterap was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldri Tecuari didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abu Sugiono charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abu Sugiono the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gandung Djakasuria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilman Suheri, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute, Aldri Tecuari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sopian Martanegara was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Chiterap's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
