PSB Suralaya's Purnomo Darodjatun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yunus Muntu in the 15th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Yunus Muntu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rimbi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yunus Muntu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Purnomo Darodjatun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Seto Laksana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Yunus Muntu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rimbi FC's Galih Sihotang proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Rimbi FC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice moves Endi Andreas could shoot a difficult shot in the 32nd minute, which Galih Sihotang however easily saved by the left post. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind PSB Suralaya's goalkeeper Purnomo Darodjatun, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Soeprapto in the 45th minute of play forced Rimbi FC's goalkeeper Galih Sihotang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Rimbi FC's Ori Isdiantono got a free kick in the 47th minute. Bima Munandar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Galih Sihotang. Rimbi FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yunus Muntu to make the kick off. Yunus Muntu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Purnomo Darodjatun having to make a save. Yunus Muntu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Purnomo Darodjatun having to interfere. After 62 played minutes, PSB Suralaya's Bima Munandar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Galih Sihotang came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PSB Suralaya reached it. Galih Sihotang stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Endi Andreas's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After 67 played minutes Rimbi FC got a freekick which was hit by M. Ichwan Moerdani. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adam Soeprapto in the 68th minute of play forced Rimbi FC's goalkeeper Galih Sihotang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 71 minutes, Adam Soeprapto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PSB Suralaya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adam Soeprapto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yunus Muntu struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Purnomo Darodjatun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rimbi FC. Seto Laksana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Purnomo Darodjatun having to interfere. Purnomo Darodjatun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yunus Muntu, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 86 minutes into the match, Rimbi FC's Yunus Muntu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Purnomo Darodjatun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Rimbi FC's Seto Laksana sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Purnomo Darodjatun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Endi Andreas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Rimbi FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for PSB Suralaya.
