Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Duta Wenas kicked off to start the match. After 8 minutes, Yura Cahyadi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Giriwoyo FC and the PSI Roemadai players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 9th match minute, Giriwoyo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yura Cahyadi to maneuver through the defense. Giriwoyo FC's Ateng Sonneville played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Sihotang in the 10th minute of play. Thomas Sihotang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hamdani Situmorang struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Ateng Sonneville didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PSI Roemadai. Ateng Sonneville made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Sihotang in the 21st minute of play. Hamdani Situmorang succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 23rd playminute. In the 27th match minute, Giriwoyo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fajar Restiana to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 29 minutes, Thomas Sihotang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PSI Roemadai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas Sihotang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Duta Wenas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Djalil Salisbury tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in PSI Roemadai's zone, Yura Cahyadi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Djalil Salisbury came out of the goal and Yura Cahyadi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Djalil Salisbury came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Giriwoyo FC's Duta Wenas. But to his dismay, Duta Wenas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 44th match minute, PSI Roemadai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bintang Prayoga to maneuver through the defense. Djalil Salisbury showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yura Cahyadi in the 45th minute of the match. After 48 played minutes, PSI Roemadai's M. Andik Sudradjat shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ateng Sonneville came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PSI Roemadai reached it. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thomas Sihotang was the one to do the kick off. Hamdani Situmorang kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Giriwoyo FC's Duta Wenas was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 53rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Ateng Sonneville made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Sihotang in the 57th minute of play. If Thomas Sihotang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, PSI Roemadai's Thomas Sihotang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ateng Sonneville narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Thomas Sihotang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, Giriwoyo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hamdani Situmorang came free, but Ateng Sonneville reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Hamdani Situmorang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thomas Sihotang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ateng Sonneville tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yura Cahyadis short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Djalil Salisbury to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Yura Cahyadi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Duta Wenas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Giriwoyo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Duta Wenas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Djalil Salisbury breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Giriwoyo FC's zone, Thomas Sihotang stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ateng Sonneville came out of the goal and Thomas Sihotang tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. PSI Roemadai's supporters rose to their feet, but Hamdani Situmorang was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ateng Sonneville breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yura Cahyadi might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Djalil Salisbury. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yura Cahyadi ran back to his position shaking his head. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Giriwoyo FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
