Lawala FC's Okta Simbara proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Lawala FC from getting a goal against them. In the 13th match minute, Lawala FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apep Prastowo to maneuver through the defense. After 15 minutes, Didiet Bangun made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Lawala FC's Okta Simbara tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When PS Doromata's Amri Haryanto in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lawala FC's goalie prevented a goal. Daud Sidabutar's late challenge caught a PS Doromata's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daud Sidabutar helped the player get up and apologised. After 18 played minutes Lawala FC got a freekick which was hit by Daud Sidabutar. 22 minutes into the match, PS Doromata's Amri Haryanto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Okta Simbara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Amri Haryanto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Okta Simbara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abraham Rakasiwi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Endang Yom in the 29th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Didiet Bangun got free with Okta Simbara in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Endang Yom in the 32nd minute of play forced PS Doromata's goalkeeper Abraham Rakasiwi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Okta Simbara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amri Haryanto in the 46th minute of play. Okta Simbara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amri Haryanto in the 48th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amri Haryanto to strike the kick off in the second half. Yusuf Marasabessy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abraham Rakasiwi having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didiet Bangun in the 57th minute of play forced Lawala FC's goalkeeper Okta Simbara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, one of Lawala FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lawala FC. Okta Simbara went to the wrong direction when Legimin Saptaji was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Yusuf Marasabessy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abraham Rakasiwi having to interfere. Yusuf Marasabessy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Darwin Novrizal fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lawala FC's protests and gave Darwin Novrizal a yellow card for diving instead. Legimin Saptaji placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Okta Simbara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didiet Bangun in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 74th minute Didiet Bangun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okta Simbara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, PS Doromata's Amri Haryanto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Okta Simbara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Endang Yom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amri Haryanto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Okta Simbara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the PS Doromata defense, Endang Yom kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abraham Rakasiwi. The PS Doromata fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abraham Rakasiwi should have stopped the shot. Yusuf Marasabessy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 100th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
