The Towaya FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jafar Arifin should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Cikapek's zone, Khoir Sudiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aldri Rayadi came out of the goal and Khoir Sudiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fajri Widagdo got in the 24th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Jafar Arifin handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Jafar Arifin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Butet Batola, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Towaya FC's Jafar Arifin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Butet Batola in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Fajri Widagdo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cikapek fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Syaiful Waroka in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aldri Rayadi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Butet Batola to make the kick off. Jafar Arifin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Butet Batola in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Cikapek booed when Towaya FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Berti Budiarto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Khoir Sudiro notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Cikapek's Aldri Rayadi. Aldri Rayadi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 88 minutes into the match, Towaya FC's goal looked a bit too open when Butet Batola came free, but Jafar Arifin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Towaya FC's Khoir Sudiro got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Khoir Sudiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aldri Rayadi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Khoir Sudiro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
