Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sukri Tampubolon took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 11 minutes, Uston Asmadirja mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PS Danuredjo and the Lahumbala FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to PS Danuredjo getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Uston Asmadirja hit a great ball. Seto Herawan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sukri Tampubolon in the 14th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the game, Sukri Tampubolon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Seto Herawan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dudung Kartiko was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Cornel Barus capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cornel Barus really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. 25 minutes into the match, PS Danuredjo's goal looked a bit too open when Sukri Tampubolon came free, but Seto Herawan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Lahumbala FC booed when PS Danuredjo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rhoma Thamrin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Winarto Fitrianto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lahumbala FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Winarto Fitrianto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Seto Herawan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cornel Barus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Dudung Kartiko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornel Barus in the 35th minute of play forced Lahumbala FC's goalkeeper Dudung Kartiko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lahumbala FC's Sukri Tampubolon got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Seto Herawan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Winarto Fitrianto in the 41st minute of the match. Seto Herawan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sukri Tampubolon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cornel Barus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dudung Kartiko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 56th match minute, Lahumbala FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sukri Tampubolon to maneuver through the defense. Seto Herawan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sukri Tampubolon in the 61st minute of play. Winarto Fitrianto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Seto Herawan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 71 minutes into the match, PS Danuredjo's goalkeeper Seto Herawan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Winarto Fitrianto. Nuryono Giro charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nuryono Giro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, PS Danuredjo's Nuryono Giro got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Sukri Tampubolon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Winarto Fitrianto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Seto Herawan having to interfere. When Lahumbala FC's Sukri Tampubolon in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornel Barus in the 85th minute of play forced Lahumbala FC's goalkeeper Dudung Kartiko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Winarto Fitrianto might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Seto Herawan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Winarto Fitrianto ran back to his position shaking his head. After 92 played minutes PS Danuredjo got a freekick which was hit by Iswadi Betay. After having played for 95 minutes, Winarto Fitrianto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lahumbala FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Winarto Fitrianto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in PS Danuredjo's zone, Winarto Fitrianto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Seto Herawan came out of the goal and Winarto Fitrianto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
