In the 3rd minute Juliadi Bangun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martinus Saepudin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 5 played minutes PSS Magoean got a freekick which was hit by Andre Gumulya. Martinus Saepudin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rochy Said in the 6th minute of the match. In the 9th minute, Juliadi Bangun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bintuhan FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some careless play in the PSS Magoean defense, Juliadi Bangun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Martinus Saepudin. The PSS Magoean fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Martinus Saepudin should have stopped the shot. Duloh Syafruddin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre Gumulya, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Bintuhan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rexy Gustav came free, but Duloh Syafruddin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Duloh Syafruddin made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Andre Gumulya sent off a good shot on target. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Rexy Gustav got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Bintuhan FC's Duloh Syafruddin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Bintuhan FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rexy Gustav in the 32nd minute of play forced Bintuhan FC's goalkeeper Duloh Syafruddin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 34 played minutes, PSS Magoean's Eddy Pribadi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Duloh Syafruddin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PSS Magoean reached it. Rexy Gustav sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bagindo Pangaribuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Duloh Syafruddin having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Juliadi Bangun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juliadi Bangun scored 0-3 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Martinus Saepudin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rexy Gustav to strike the kick off in the second half. If Rochy Said had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Bintuhan FC booed when PSS Magoean was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fajri Tualasamony didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Gilbert Marasabessy from long distance, 56 minutes into the match, got Martinus Saepudin's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When Andre Gumulya came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the PSS Magoean fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andre Gumulya couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rexy Gustav in the 61st minute of play forced Bintuhan FC's goalkeeper Duloh Syafruddin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Rexy Gustav had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rochy Said received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Martinus Saepudin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rochy Said's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Martinus Saepudin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bintuhan FC's Juliadi Bangun got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Rochy Said had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the game, Fance Pandiangan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PSS Magoean's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bintuhan FC the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 83rd minute of the game. One of PSS Magoean:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bintuhan FC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 85 minutes, Bintuhan FC's Gilbert Marasabessy got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Martinus Saepudin. The supporters of PSS Magoean booed when Bintuhan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reynaldo Pitono didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Juliadi Bangun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Bintuhan FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bintuhan FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
