An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Alexander in the 18th minute of play forced Bakoengan FC's goalkeeper Kahlil Yarman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fathoni Pakasi hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benyamin Wijasmara during the 23rd minute. Bakoengan FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Icang Badranaya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Aliyuddin Iskandar fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bakoengan FC's protests and gave Aliyuddin Iskandar a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bakoengan FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Aliyuddin Iskandar hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Bakoengan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Andre Kartasasmita came free, but Kahlil Yarman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andre Kartasasmita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Samate FC defense, Icang Badranaya kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dewa Simpatiaji. The Samate FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dewa Simpatiaji should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Bakoengan FC's Kahlil Yarman got control of the ball when Ali Alexander tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 100th minute, Fathoni Pakasi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
