In the 5thth minute of the game Acil Mahuse who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Goldy Galen FC's Dodi Zulhaji was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Acil Mahuse in the 9th minute of play forced Goldy Galen FC's goalkeeper Dodi Zulhaji to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Goldy Galen FC! The referee gave West Java United a penalty, 12 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Evan Ohorella, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Goldy Galen FC's Dodi Zulhaji. 0-1. Sulis Latul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Acil Mahuse in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dodi Zulhaji saved Goldy Galen FC from getting behind. Acil Mahuse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Dodi Zulhaji tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sulis Latul took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dodi Zulhaji. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Goldy Galen FC's goalkeeper Dodi Zulhaji, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sulis Latul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tito Tomagola made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Acil Mahuse's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dodi Zulhaji was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Dodi Zulhaji showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Acil Mahuse in the 88th minute of the match. If Acil Mahuse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Goldy Galen FC's zone, Acil Mahuse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dodi Zulhaji came out of the goal and Acil Mahuse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sulis Latul's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dodi Zulhaji read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Goldy Galen FC's goalkeeper Dodi Zulhaji, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With an all-out effort, West Java United's Dodi Zulhaji threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Acil Mahuse, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Sulis Latul blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dodi Zulhaji having to make a save. When the match was over West Java United could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Goldy Galen FC throughout the match.
