Muchlas Kalangi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Nicolas Hadiman made a huge save. In the 14th minute, Odoy Purwanto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 21 played minutes Football Lover got a freekick which was hit by Ponirin Permana. When Ponirin Permana fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Football Lover's protests and gave Ponirin Permana a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Jimping FC booed when Football Lover was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ponirin Permana didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute, Djalil Karisma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Djalil Karisma ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Makfi Suryadinata was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Nicolas Hadiman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bimo Apriantara, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Reza Mulyana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute Djalil Karisma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Makfi Suryadinata saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Jimping FC booed when Football Lover was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brama Wahyudi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Football Lover players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jimping FC were winning 0-1.

In the 53rd minute of the match Indiana Hasanuddin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Makfi Suryadinata showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Odoy Purwanto kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bimo Apriantara in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicolas Hadiman saved Jimping FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 65 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Muchlas Kalangi sped through Jimping FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nicolas Hadiman. When Football Lover's Muchlas Kalangi in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jimping FC's goalie prevented a goal. Football Lover's Bimo Apriantara got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Muchlas Kalangi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bimo Apriantara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Nicolas Hadiman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Jimping FC's goal looked a bit too open when Muchlas Kalangi came free, but Nicolas Hadiman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Reza Mulyana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Makfi Suryadinata stood somewhat misplaced when Djalil Karisma came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 80 minute.
