Yandi Silaban charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yandi Silaban the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 14 played minutes PSP Silambau got a freekick which was hit by Yandi Silaban. When Iman Arkananta fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PSP Silambau's protests and gave Iman Arkananta a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 15th minute of the game. One of PSP Silambau:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pasuruan FC:s goal. Syamsul Antono who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Darman Arnawa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Pasuruan FC's Bambang Wilmansyah was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 28th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Pasuruan FC's Ardhika Sutarsa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hendi Danurwindo in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th match minute, PSP Silambau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fandi Parengkuan to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Bambang Wilmansyah's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Darman Arnawa was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Guntur Sunarya got his second yellow card in the match during the 64th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 65th minute, Guntur Sunarya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jehad Surbakti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hendi Danurwindo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ardhika Sutarsa having to interfere. If Hendi Danurwindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Pasuruan FC's Bambang Wilmansyah got a free kick in the 79th minute. Bambang Wilmansyah charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
