Aziz Poerwonegoro started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Yellow Bambu FC's zone, Aziz Poerwonegoro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edwin Sondakh came out of the goal and Aziz Poerwonegoro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Yellow Bambu FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Udung Bayauw hit a great ball. Aziz Poerwonegoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwin Sondakh having to interfere. If Yudho Badawi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Yellow Bambu FC's Jahfal Darmawan got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 33rd minute, Gargita FC's Aziz Poerwonegoro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edwin Sondakh. Edwin Sondakh yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Dadan Sutarya could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Edwin Sondakh made a huge save. Ardian Hardianto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Aziz Poerwonegoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dadan Sutarya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Irfan Parlindungan hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Gargita FC's Singgih Jeliteng got control of the ball when Icang Sentanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 54 played minutes Yellow Bambu FC got a freekick which was hit by Gungun Khasali. Aziz Poerwonegoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yellow Bambu FC's Edwin Sondakh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aziz Poerwonegoro in the 68th minute of play. Dadan Sutarya scored 2-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edwin Sondakh, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Yellow Bambu FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Jahfal Darmawan hit a great ball. Dadan Sutarya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwin Sondakh having to interfere. In the 90th minute Aziz Poerwonegoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin Sondakh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Dadan Sutarya's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Edwin Sondakh was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Edwin Sondakh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dadan Sutarya, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Gargita FC's Singgih Jeliteng proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Gargita FC from getting a goal against them. There was no doubt that Gargita FC were the better team. Gargita FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
