Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Makfi Novianto started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Balas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Firdaus Taufiqurrahman to maneuver through the defense. Engkus Fatahillah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Wijayanto having to interfere. Ali Wijayanto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Makfi Novianto in the 10th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Reynaldi Hartono managed to get in a good position for a shot. Batunampar's supporters rose to their feet, but Reynaldi Hartono was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Unno Wuysang breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Balas's zone, Iram Prima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Unno Wuysang came out of the goal and Iram Prima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 23 minutes into the match, Reynaldi Hartono dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Unno Wuysang, 1-0. When Engkus Fatahillah came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Balas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Engkus Fatahillah couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldi Hartono in the 31st minute of play forced Balas's goalkeeper Unno Wuysang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Batunampar's zone, Engkus Fatahillah stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Wijayanto came out of the goal and Engkus Fatahillah tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Unno Wuysang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldi Hartono in the 37th minute of play. Batunampar's Bento Lisandri shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 41st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Unno Wuysang but with some difficulty. Firdaus Taufiqurrahman hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Balas's Novri Sitepu got a free kick in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Reynaldi Hartono made a kick off. Ali Wijayanto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Makfi Novianto in the 53rd minute of play. Batunampar's Ali Wijayanto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Makfi Novianto in the 55th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Engkus Fatahillah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Engkus Fatahillah sped through Batunampar's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ali Wijayanto. 72 minutes into the match, Batunampar's goal looked a bit too open when Makfi Novianto came free, but Ali Wijayanto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Iram Prima got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Iram Prima received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Unno Wuysang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Reynaldi Hartono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Batunampar's goalkeeper Ali Wijayanto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zulkarnaen Jeliteng during the 97th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Batunampar getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Zulkarnaen Jeliteng hit a great ball. Engkus Fatahillah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Wijayanto having to interfere. Batunampar were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Balas for a fine match.
