After having played for 17 minutes, Yazid Sianipar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. lol FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yazid Sianipar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 19th minute Yazid Sianipar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Deden Karamoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, FC SHB's goal looked a bit too open when Yazid Sianipar came free, but Deden Karamoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Deden Karamoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stevanus Sangaji in the 24th minute of play. A collision led to FC SHB getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Honestra Fachrudin hit a great ball. When Awang Batubara came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the lol FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Awang Batubara couldn't finish the play. Kadek Surapradja fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Yustisio having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Husein Suryata hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th minute of the match Rexy Pitono shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Deden Karamoy showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Nurdin Sumarwoto notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of lol FC's Mario Yustisio. Mario Yustisio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Eko Prayoga fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC SHB's protests and gave Eko Prayoga a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC SHB getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Eko Prayoga hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stevanus Sangaji made a kick off. In the 62nd minute, Thomas Panjaitan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Deden Karamoy made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Yazid Sianipar sent off a good shot on target. If Nurdin Sumarwoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 72 minutes into the match, FC SHB's goal looked a bit too open when Stevanus Sangaji came free, but Deden Karamoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, FC SHB's Deden Karamoy got control of the ball when Yazid Sianipar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th minute of the match Yanuar Pitono shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mario Yustisio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The FC SHB fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when FC SHB's Kadek Surapradja looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kadek Surapradja in the 83rd minute of play forced lol FC's goalkeeper Mario Yustisio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 89 minutes, Kadek Surapradja managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC SHB's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kadek Surapradja was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Stevanus Sangaji had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the lol FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC SHB.
