Kutil FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tjalengka FC the free kick. In the 11th minute, one of Kutil FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kutil FC. Kutil FC:s Hotman Munggaran showed great skill when he stopped Ponirin Priyatno:s penalty. In the 14th minute Engkus Guntara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hotman Munggaran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Tjalengka FC's Engkus Guntara sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hotman Munggaran narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th minute of the match Januar Pambudi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ruby Durahman skillfully saved the ball. If Abdi Sumpena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th match minute, Kutil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juliadi Suherman to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nico Chandrawinata to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Kutil FC got a freekick which was hit by Tantan Sobarna. Hotman Munggaran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tjalengka FC. Johannes Hutagalung's late challenge caught a Kutil FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Johannes Hutagalung helped the player get up and apologised. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nico Chandrawinata in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruby Durahman saved Tjalengka FC from getting behind. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kutil FC's goalkeeper Hotman Munggaran, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tjalengka FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Kutil FC for a fine match.
