After having played for 7 minutes, Syauqi Brotoseno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PSS Candibaru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Syauqi Brotoseno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ace Gurning fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bono Subagdja having to interfere. In the 18th minute, Syauqi Brotoseno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ariel Ardiwilaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ariel Ardiwilaga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Bono Subagdja made a huge save. After 27 played minutes Padakati FC got a freekick which was hit by Ace Gurning. When Irza Widianto came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the PSS Candibaru fans jumped to their feet. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Honestra Zamzam didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PSS Candibaru. Padakati FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
