When Yudi Samosir fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Margakaya FC's protests and gave Yudi Samosir a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kablebet FC booed when Margakaya FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yudi Samosir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ucok Mandagi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Margakaya FC's Kahar Prakoso got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sidharta Martanegara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iwa Gibran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Affan Kaunang notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Margakaya FC's Christopher Sephtianda. Christopher Sephtianda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Iwa Gibran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kahar Prakoso in the 35th minute of the match. Affan Kaunang who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 40thth minute tested the skills of Christopher Sephtianda when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Sidharta Martanegara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Margakaya FC's Kahar Prakoso in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kablebet FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ucok Mandagi to make the kick off. Christopher Sephtianda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ucok Mandagi, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Yudi Samosir was shown his second yellow card after 53 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Yudi Samosir kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Christopher Sephtianda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Affan Kaunang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Kablebet FC's Ucok Mandagi in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Margakaya FC's goalie prevented a goal. Affan Kaunang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Christopher Sephtianda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kablebet FC's Ucok Mandagi got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christopher Sephtianda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ucok Mandagi's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Kablebet FC's Ucok Mandagi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christopher Sephtianda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kahar Prakoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ucok Mandagi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Margakaya FC's Sidharta Martanegara got a free kick in the 89th minute. Ucok Mandagi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Christopher Sephtianda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Affan Kaunang made a precise shot to the right of Christopher Sephtianda. Margakaya FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Kablebet FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Margakaya FC for a fine match.
