Moearasoma FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PSS Cibinalu the free kick. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Rhoma Birowo charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rhoma Birowo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rhoma Birowo kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Husein Aksan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Agus Basuki. Benny Wisanggeni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Didik Thamrin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nurdin Siregar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the game, PSS Cibinalu's Nurdin Siregar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benny Wisanggeni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The supporters of Moearasoma FC booed when PSS Cibinalu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rhoma Birowo didn't get a good kick on the ball. PSS Cibinalu's Husein Aksan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Budiman Khaidir in the 43rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, PSS Cibinalu's Bertha Irwansyah got a free kick in the 48th minute. Dandung Radiuss short, quick shot in the 50thth minute got Husein Aksan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After the first half PSS Cibinalu were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nurdin Siregar made a kick off. The supporters of PSS Cibinalu booed when Moearasoma FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Agus Basuki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mario Rumbiak didn't quite understand what happened when in the 56 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After a rather tough play, Moearasoma FC's Kurniawan Poerwonegoro got a free kick in the 57th minute. Benny Wisanggeni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nurdin Siregar in the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st match minute, Moearasoma FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Utte Hutapea to maneuver through the defense. If Budiman Khaidir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Husein Aksan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dandung Radius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 81 played minutes Moearasoma FC got a freekick which was hit by Utte Hutapea. Nurdin Siregar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to PSS Cibinalu getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Nurdin Siregar hit a great ball. Husein Aksan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Budiman Khaidir, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Budiman Khaidir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. PSS Cibinalu walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
