An unexpectedly hard shot by Irfan Al-Haddad in the 19th minute of play forced Gihirkendik FC's goalkeeper Steven Nataprawira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sandi Mardiansyah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sugih Sawali in the 21st minute of the match. Sandi Mardiansyah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sugih Sawali, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Putra Koetailama's Sandi Mardiansyah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sugih Sawali in the 30th minute of play. Sugih Sawali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Agung Prastika had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Irfan Al-Haddad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Irfan Al-Haddad made a kick off. When Tata Zamani fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gihirkendik FC's protests and gave Tata Zamani a yellow card for diving instead. Tata Zamani hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Sugih Sawali struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Sandi Mardiansyah didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gihirkendik FC. Agung Prastika sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mahadi Budjana struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Steven Nataprawira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Putra Koetailama. After 65 played minutes Putra Koetailama got a freekick which was hit by Aldi Limbong. The audience was convinced that Sugih Sawali's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sandi Mardiansyah was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Sugih Sawali recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sugih Sawali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Agung Prastika fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandi Mardiansyah having to interfere. Gihirkendik FC's Sugih Sawali got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sandi Mardiansyah made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agung Prastika in the 85th minute. In the 87th minute Sugih Sawali shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandi Mardiansyah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agung Prastika fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandi Mardiansyah having to interfere.
