With a little luck, Kotogambus's Cucu Zamzam got control of the ball when Oman Mandias tried to sneak it across the goal line. John Pandiangan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Syauqi Anjasmara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sopian Amrizal charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sopian Amrizal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, Sopian Amrizal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Oman Mandias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kingrong FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Oman Mandias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cucu Zamzam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guruh Amrizal during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 13th minute, one of Kotogambus:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kotogambus. When the match had been going on for 15 minutes, Kingrong FC's Ridho Puspito got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Cucu Zamzam. In the 17th match minute, Kingrong FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ponco Pakubuwono to maneuver through the defense. Cucu Zamzam stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ponco Pakubuwono's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kingrong FC's goalkeeper Syauqi Anjasmara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Harseno Daryana in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Syauqi Anjasmara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 27th minute, Rizal Yudhoyono hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Ridho Puspito from long distance, 28 minutes into the match, got Cucu Zamzam's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Harseno Daryana might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Syauqi Anjasmara. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Harseno Daryana ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Kotogambus getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Haris Sugandi hit a great ball. Sahat Arifin hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Cucu Zamzam came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Kingrong FC's Oman Mandias. But to his dismay, Oman Mandias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Oman Mandias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 61 minutes into the match, Kotogambus's goal looked a bit too open when Ponco Pakubuwono came free, but Cucu Zamzam reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oman Mandias in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cucu Zamzam prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 65th minute, Kholil Setiadi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kingrong FC's Ridho Puspito couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 66th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Kotogambus. In the 69th minute Ponco Pakubuwono shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cucu Zamzam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sopian Amrizal got his second yellow card in the match during the 70th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Sopian Amrizal hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Ponco Pakubuwono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cucu Zamzam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ponco Pakubuwono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Oman Mandias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kotogambus players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kingrong FC.
