A collision led to Riau FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Seno Assegaf hit a great ball. The Oelkail FC fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Oelkail FC's Bagong Nasution looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Bagong Nasution fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anan Waworuntu having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Oyon Wirahadikusumah got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 34th minute Oyon Wirahadikusumah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anan Waworuntu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oelkail FC's players were relieved. 47 minutes into the match, Oyon Wirahadikusumah had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anan Waworuntu. Riau FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oyon Wirahadikusumah was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Seno Assegaf to strike the kick off in the second half. Bagong Nasution fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anan Waworuntu having to interfere. Anan Waworuntu came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Oelkail FC's Oyon Wirahadikusumah. But to his dismay, Oyon Wirahadikusumah quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. An unexpected shot in the 65th minute by Oyon Wirahadikusumah got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Bagus Sukiman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Riau FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bagus Sukiman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oelkail FC's Oyon Wirahadikusumah got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Bagus Sukiman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Riau FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bagus Sukiman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dudu Sulistianto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Seno Assegaf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seno Assegaf in the 85th minute of play forced Oelkail FC's goalkeeper Dudu Sulistianto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Riau FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Oelkail FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
