In the 8th minute, Ricardo Afiff hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Putut Marantika showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dudan Manuputty, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. If Dudan Manuputty had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Buyung Suwondo kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Karangdjaja's Dudan Manuputty got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Putut Marantika showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dudan Manuputty, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Rafli Arisandy kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Aji Hakim might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Putut Marantika. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aji Hakim ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Bantenan's zone, Aji Hakim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Putut Marantika came out of the goal and Aji Hakim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute, Rafli Arisandy fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Dudan Manuputty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
53 minutes into the match, Karangdjaja's goal looked a bit too open when Rafli Arisandy came free, but Utte Rotinsulu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute of the match Gingin Azad shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Utte Rotinsulu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 59th minute Rafli Arisandy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Utte Rotinsulu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dikdik Azad charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dikdik Azad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 62nd match minute, Karangdjaja was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dikdik Azad to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute of the match Adam Hardianto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Utte Rotinsulu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Rafli Arisandy managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bantenan's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafli Arisandy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Utte Rotinsulu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dudan Manuputty could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Putut Marantika made a huge save. Aji Hakim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Abas Wanisar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karangdjaja's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
