Pance Sutowo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eduard Sunarya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fance Sinuraya in the 25th minute of play forced PSB Jatiyoso's goalkeeper Eduard Sunarya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, PSS Terryang's Encas Solihin got control of the ball when Amir Darmawan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amir Darmawan struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Encas Solihin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PSB Jatiyoso. PSB Jatiyoso's Eduard Sunarya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pance Sutowo in the 39th minute of play. In the 44th minute, PSS Terryang's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Amir Darmawan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Rinto Masengi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rinto Masengi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Amir Darmawan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rinto Masengi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Encas Solihin having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Rinto Masengi made a precise shot to the right of Encas Solihin. PSS Terryang's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 80th minute, Arvin Sianipar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amir Darmawan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Encas Solihin having to make a save. PSS Terryang's Encas Solihin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rinto Masengi in the 95th minute of play. PSB Jatiyoso's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
