The audience thought a goal was coming when Yandi Harianto got free with Ikhsan Suminta in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ulises Bembe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tata Leonard having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Rusandi in the 27th minute of play forced PSS Jenggolo's goalkeeper Tata Leonard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Daniel Sutimbul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ikhsan Suminta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boyke Tauhid in the 38th minute. Kemranjen FC's Ikhsan Suminta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Kemranjen FC from getting a goal against them. Kemranjen FC's Ikhsan Suminta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saul Lengkong in the 43rd minute of play. Ulises Bembe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tata Leonard having to interfere. The Kemranjen FC fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Kemranjen FC's Adrian Rusandi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

A collision led to Kemranjen FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Wahyu Wilmansyah hit a great ball. Ikhsan Suminta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saul Lengkong in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th minute, Adrian Rusandi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A well placed Adrian Rusandi short distance shot in the 58th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Tata Leonard made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulises Bembe in the 62nd minute. Meggy Lelono's late challenge caught a Kemranjen FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Meggy Lelono helped the player get up and apologised. Meggy Lelono kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Kemranjen FC's Ikhsan Suminta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Meggy Lelono in the 71st minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Ulises Bembe cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Tata Leonard was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 77th match minute, Kemranjen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hesky Pravita to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute, Meggy Lelono hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute of the match Abu Wibisono sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tata Leonard skillfully saved the ball. Tata Leonard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Rusandi in the 88th minute of play. With a little luck, PSS Jenggolo's Tata Leonard got control of the ball when Ulises Bembe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kamal Budiono's late challenge caught a PSS Jenggolo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kamal Budiono helped the player get up and apologised. The PSS Jenggolo fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kemranjen FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
