Oddie Zumarnis started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes PSP Sempadang got a freekick which was hit by Ojat Fachrezi. The supporters of PSK Bibendum booed when PSP Sempadang was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jojo Indonesianus didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Oddie Zumarnis came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the PSK Bibendum fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oddie Zumarnis couldn't finish the play. After 14 played minutes PSP Sempadang got a freekick which was hit by Odoy Souisa. Zainal Gurning could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Herman Löv made a huge save. PSK Bibendum's Herman Löv proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save PSK Bibendum from getting a goal against them. Oddie Zumarnis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Dede Saepudin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulus Sihaloho during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ellie Tanjung stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zainal Gurning struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Herman Löv didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PSP Sempadang. Ellie Tanjung received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Herman Löv tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in PSK Bibendum fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 65th minute. Penalty! In the 67th minute there was a penalty for PSP Sempadang. Sahat Mahing stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Herman Löv. 2-0. In the 69th minute, Mario Pambudi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dede Saepudin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jamil Kamandanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herman Löv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ellie Tanjung in the 92nd minute of play. If Oddie Zumarnis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Buster Mansell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mario Pambudi came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the PSK Bibendum fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Pambudi couldn't finish the play. The PSP Sempadang players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
