Zidan Hasanuddin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danang Handoko, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 73rd minute, Danang Handoko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zidan Hasanuddin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 79 minutes in the game, Sugih Novianto fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without M. Dedy Ohorella having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Kalawatu's zone, Abraham Haeruddin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. M. Dedy Ohorella came out of the goal and Abraham Haeruddin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Pongky Sobarna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Kalawatu getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Sunar Muzakki hit a great ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Sunar Muzakki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kalawatu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sunar Muzakki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
