The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Thomas Tualasamony got the match started through his kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Zaki Kusumah managed to get in a good position for a shot. bahenol's supporters rose to their feet, but Zaki Kusumah was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lili Hutagalung breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sunar Maranatha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lili Hutagalung having to interfere. If Thomas Tualasamony had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 12 minutes, Thomas Tualasamony managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. bahenol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas Tualasamony was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yaris Fachrezi hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After having played for 18 minutes, Sunar Maranatha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. bahenol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sunar Maranatha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 20th minute of the match Omo Pardede shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lili Hutagalung showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ulunlubuk FC's Lili Hutagalung played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agum Kapisa in the 21st minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Ulunlubuk FC's Wisnu Ardisuta broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 25 minutes into the match, bahenol's goalkeeper M. Ichwan Simbolon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yaris Fachrezi. After 28 played minutes, bahenol's Omo Pardede shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lili Hutagalung came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in bahenol reached it. Ulunlubuk FC's Lili Hutagalung played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Tualasamony in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd match minute, Ulunlubuk FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ridwan Pambudi to maneuver through the defense. Sunar Maranatha struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Lili Hutagalung didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for bahenol. In the 37th minute, Thomas Tualasamony left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The bahenol fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Thomas Tualasamony's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lili Hutagalung read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. After the first half bahenol were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kabul Situmorang was the one to do the kick off. When Sukma Ekayana fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored bahenol's protests and gave Sukma Ekayana a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ulunlubuk FC booed when bahenol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sukma Ekayana didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute of the match Wisnu Ardisuta sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but M. Ichwan Simbolon skillfully saved the ball. Ulunlubuk FC's Lili Hutagalung played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Tualasamony in the 57th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Thomas Tualasamony took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Lili Hutagalung to make any attempt to save it. After 64 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ulunlubuk FC! Lili Hutagalung went to the wrong direction when Ardhika Pesolima was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Agum Kapisa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lili Hutagalung. That made the score 0-3 in the 69 minute of play. Ulunlubuk FC's Lili Hutagalung played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Tualasamony in the 73rd minute of play. Thomas Tualasamony's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lili Hutagalung read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Zaki Kusumah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thomas Tualasamony who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Lili Hutagalung when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 85 minutes into the match, bahenol's goal looked a bit too open when Yaris Fachrezi came free, but M. Ichwan Simbolon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of bahenol booed when Ulunlubuk FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilang Siagian didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Kabul Situmorang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ulunlubuk FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Setyo Linggawarman's late challenge caught a Ulunlubuk FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Setyo Linggawarman helped the player get up and apologised. Setyo Linggawarman kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Paijo Gantina kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded bahenol left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ulunlubuk FC.
