The crowd rose to their feet as Octopyrcess United's Vincentius Eiboy slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Albert Kusumah. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. Emil Duaramuri's late challenge caught a Parish Van Java SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emil Duaramuri helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute, Emil Duaramuri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute of the match Edwin Napitupulu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tukul Suharyadi skillfully saved the ball. Tukul Suharyadi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saktiawan Ardiansyah in the 22nd minute of play. The supporters of Parish Van Java SC booed when Octopyrcess United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Duaramuri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tukul Suharyadi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rinto Djunjunan, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Saktiawan Ardiansyah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tukul Suharyadi having to interfere. Albert Kusumah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincentius Eiboy in the 34th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Aga Poesponegoro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 49th minute, Aga Poesponegoro made a precise shot to the right of Albert Kusumah. Parish Van Java SC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saktiawan Ardiansyah made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rinto Djunjunan got free with Tukul Suharyadi in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Parish Van Java SC's zone, Uu Haruman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albert Kusumah came out of the goal and Uu Haruman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rinto Djunjunan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Tukul Suharyadi made a huge save. Vincentius Eiboy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Kusumah having to interfere. Oyon Sopandi hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Parish Van Java SC's Albert Kusumah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincentius Eiboy in the 70th minute of play. Tukul Suharyadi was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Saktiawan Ardiansyah capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Saktiawan Ardiansyah really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Albert Kusumah showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincentius Eiboy, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Saktiawan Ardiansyah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Tukul Suharyadi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Parish Van Java SC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Octopyrcess United.
