Fachrul Krishna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Saiman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute Ojat Husodo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but M. Fachrul Krishna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With 29 minutes on the clock, Adam Suryadi commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of PSS Kombot:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Karangantoe FC:s goal. The referee gave Karangantoe FC a penalty, 31 minutes into the game. Boni Makatita's late challenge caught a PSS Kombot's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Karangantoe FC's Boni Makatita got a free kick in the 34th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Ojat Husodo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of M. Fachrul Krishna. PSS Kombot's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ojat Husodo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Fachrul Krishna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ojat Husodo, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Fachrul Krishna came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Karangantoe FC reached it. When the match was over Karangantoe FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than PSS Kombot throughout the match.
