If Muchlis Widura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wahidin Al-Haddad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th minute, Laleten FC's Wahidin Al-Haddad dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Eman Pritama took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wahidin Al-Haddad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Aan Fachrurozi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin Widianto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edwin Widianto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aan Fachrurozi, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Laleten FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aan Fachrurozi came free, but Edwin Widianto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Buyung Handoyo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 49th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wahidin Al-Haddad was the one to do the kick off. Eman Pritama showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wahidin Al-Haddad, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 56th minute of the match, Kosin Danurwindo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edwin Widianto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. PSI Bukitkubu's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Buyung Handoyo in the 68th minute. Utoh Basuki kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Kosin Danurwindo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Edwin Widianto made a huge save. Edwin Widianto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kosin Danurwindo in the 90th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as PSI Bukitkubu's Aan Fachrurozi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edwin Widianto. That made the score 1-2 after 91 minutes of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched PSI Bukitkubu eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
