Budiman Mudaffar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Awaludin Yarangga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ardian Fingkreuw, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 22 minutes, Dwi Karnawan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ngori's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dwi Karnawan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Yesayas Hadiman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dwi Karnawan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Akri Suryoprayogo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Boenjoet's Akri Suryoprayogo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dwi Karnawan in the 33rd minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yesayas Hadiman to make the kick off. Ngori's supporters rose to their feet, but Dwi Karnawan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Akri Suryoprayogo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Akri Suryoprayogo made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Dwi Karnawan sent off a good shot on target. Ardian Fingkreuw received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Awaludin Yarangga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 70 played minutes Boenjoet got a freekick which was hit by Aji Faturrahman. If Dwi Karnawan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th match minute, Boenjoet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cucu Simatupang to maneuver through the defense. Dwi Karnawan came free with the goalkeeper in the 78th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Akri Suryoprayogo could save by the left post. 82 minutes into the match, Yesayas Hadiman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Akri Suryoprayogo, 0-1. Yesayas Hadiman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yoppie Zayyinulhak couldn't finish the play. Dwi Karnawan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Akri Suryoprayogo made a huge save. The Boenjoet fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ngori were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
