The supporters of Lilingi FC booed when Utanpatang FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jajat Riyadi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Johannes Irianto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Karel Makariem was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Utanpatang FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jajat Riyadi in the 53rd minute. Utoh Ardiansyah kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Wisnu Gurning succeeded in the game's 60th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Obar Kusumo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Odoy Rinaldi having to interfere. Lilingi FC's players were relieved. 71 minutes into the match, Utanpatang FC's goal looked a bit too open when Obar Kusumo came free, but Odoy Rinaldi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute Wisnu Gurning shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Odoy Rinaldi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Obar Kusumo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Utanpatang FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Eddy Syafruddin hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Obar Kusumo in the 80th minute of play forced Utanpatang FC's goalkeeper Odoy Rinaldi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Obar Kusumo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Odoy Rinaldi. Utanpatang FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Obar Kusumo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Wisnu Gurning recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 87 minutes, May Hardianto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lilingi FC and the Utanpatang FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. May Hardianto hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Lilingi FC's Adam Kusdianto got a free kick in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute, Johannes Irianto fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Johannes Irianto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Utanpatang FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Johannes Irianto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karel Makariem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Karel Makariem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Irianto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Utanpatang FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lilingi FC.
