Robbie Latuperisa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omo Yuwana having to interfere. Ijong Ryacudu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omo Yuwana having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, Bajowe's Ijong Ryacudu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Omo Yuwana made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Omo Yuwana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ijong Ryacudu, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After some careless play in the Sungaiselam FC defense, Robbie Latuperisa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Omo Yuwana. The Sungaiselam FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Omo Yuwana should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Bajowe booed when Sungaiselam FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oji Razak didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Robbie Latuperisa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ijong Ryacudu struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Omo Yuwana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bajowe. After 30 played minutes Sungaiselam FC got a freekick which was hit by Bulek Silitonga. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bajowe's goalkeeper Diding Hasibuan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Robbie Latuperisa to make the kick off. Omo Yuwana made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Ijong Ryacudu sent off a good shot on target. 57 minutes into the game, Yahya Risandi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bajowe's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sungaiselam FC the free kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Panda Maspaitella in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Diding Hasibuan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Munawir Daryana kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Zahran Sonneville managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sungaiselam FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Zahran Sonneville was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diding Hasibuan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 67 minutes into the game, Ijong Ryacudu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Omo Yuwana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mulky Ardianto kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 74th minute of the match Aep Suharyadi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diding Hasibuan skillfully saved the ball. Omo Yuwana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robbie Latuperisa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Munawir Daryana kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. When Porman Mamahit fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bajowe's protests and gave Porman Mamahit a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90thth minute of the game Zahran Sonneville who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bajowe's Diding Hasibuan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Bajowe's Mulky Ardianto got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Sungaiselam FC's Aep Suharyadi tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The Bajowe players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
