In the 3rd minute Aji Ludianto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hasan Novitraldi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aji Ludianto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes into the match, Mengger FC's goalkeeper Ikhsan Soputan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rio Widagdo. Situgede FC's Sulis Pulalo got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rd match minute, Situgede FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chandra Widura to maneuver through the defense. After 23 played minutes, Mengger FC's Budi Alatas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hasan Novitraldi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mengger FC reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Rio Widagdo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Situgede FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rio Widagdo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ikhsan Soputan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 29th minute, Mansyur Suwandi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Mengger FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Jojon Effendy hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, Situgede FC's Heri Sentanu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 36 minutes into the match, Rio Widagdo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Mengger FC's Ikhsan Soputan. Ikhsan Soputan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Rio Widagdo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 44 played minutes Sulis Pulalo rounded Mengger FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sulis Pulalo made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Mengger FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sulis Pulalo came free, but Ikhsan Soputan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Aji Ludianto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Mengger FC's Jojon Effendy got a free kick in the 63rd minute. The audience cheered when Heri Sentanu's long shot passed Ikhsan Soputan's right side. It was 3-0, 64 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Mengger FC defense, Sulis Pulalo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ikhsan Soputan. The Mengger FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ikhsan Soputan should have stopped the shot. 71 minutes into the game, Chandra Widura was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Situgede FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mengger FC the free kick. Chandra Widura kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Aji Ludianto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hasan Novitraldi having to interfere. When Sobur Giroth fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Situgede FC's protests and gave Sobur Giroth a yellow card for diving instead. Sobur Giroth hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Aji Ludianto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Situgede FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Joshua Kamandanu hit a great ball. Reynaldi Sirait received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Hasan Novitraldi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hasan Novitraldi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldi Sirait, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. A collision led to Situgede FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Chandra Widura hit a great ball. Situgede FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
