Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ardy Pusaka took the kick off in the first half of the match. Edo Tarmadi's late challenge caught a Maimawa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edo Tarmadi helped the player get up and apologised. Edo Tarmadi hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After 5 minutes, Kurniawan Witoelar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PSM Montalat and the Maimawa players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 5 played minutes PSM Montalat got a freekick which was hit by Kurniawan Witoelar. After 7 played minutes PSM Montalat got a freekick which was hit by Rhoma Mihardja. Nickolous Fatah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abuy Rumangkit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the game, Koko Sophian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PSM Montalat's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maimawa the free kick. Koko Sophian hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute Abuy Rumangkit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nickolous Fatah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PSM Montalat's Edo Tarmadi got his second yellow card of the match in the 17th minute. The referee ordered Edo Tarmadi off the ground. In the 18th minute, Edo Tarmadi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 20 minutes, Chairil Ismayana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maimawa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chairil Ismayana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Chairil Ismayana came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Maimawa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chairil Ismayana couldn't finish the play. Chairil Ismayana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ardy Pusaka fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PSM Montalat's protests and gave Ardy Pusaka a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th minute, Ardy Pusaka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Maimawa's zone, Ace Zaelani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dasep Kusumo came out of the goal and Ace Zaelani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Dasep Kusumo managed to avoid a goal in the 47thth minute, when PSM Montalat's Adar Sam Bera fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Abuy Rumangkit made the kick off in the second half. Abuy Rumangkit blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nickolous Fatah having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Maimawa's zone, Adar Sam Bera stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dasep Kusumo came out of the goal and Adar Sam Bera tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chairil Ismayana's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nickolous Fatah firmly grabbed it by the left post. Dasep Kusumo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adar Sam Bera, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Adar Sam Bera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dasep Kusumo having to interfere. If Adar Sam Bera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maimawa's Dasep Kusumo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adar Sam Bera in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute PSM Montalat were awarded a corner. Rhoma Mihardja went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led PSM Montalat's Rhoma Mihardja to fire away a dangerous shot which Dasep Kusumo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Nickolous Fatah made an important save on a dangerous shot by Chairil Ismayana in the 80th minute. Abuy Rumangkit struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Nickolous Fatah didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maimawa. PSM Montalat's Nickolous Fatah proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save PSM Montalat from getting a goal against them. Abuy Rumangkit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
