Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rinto Lengkong to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Sukamulja FC's zone, Awan Mangkudikusumah stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sahala Novrizal came out of the goal and Awan Mangkudikusumah tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andre Sungkar in the 61st minute of play forced Sukamulja FC's goalkeeper Sahala Novrizal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sahala Novrizal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andre Sungkar in the 64th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Awan Mangkudikusumah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sahala Novrizal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Putra Longbangoen's Awan Mangkudikusumah in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Putra Longbangoen's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
