Eep Subiyakto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asrin Suherman in the 7th minute of play. After having played for 10 minutes, I Gusti Febrian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cibasalen FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but I Gusti Febrian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anas Sinuraya during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anas Sinuraya hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kasino Makariem in the 15th minute of play forced Cibasalen FC's goalkeeper Eep Subiyakto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kasino Makariem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Asrin Suherman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sayuti Santika showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from I Gusti Febrian in the 24th minute of the match. After 25 played minutes Tahafo got a freekick which was hit by Ojat Widagdo. Cibasalen FC's Eep Subiyakto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asrin Suherman in the 28th minute of play. Ridwan Pamungkas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sayuti Santika came out and tried to block the shot, but Ridwan Pamungkas slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 34th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Kasino Makariem managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tahafo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kasino Makariem was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Cibasalen FC's Daeng Daulay in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tahafo's goalie prevented a goal. Eep Subiyakto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Asrin Suherman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

In the 53rd minute, Yunus Yudiawan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tahafo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 57th minute Roni Wijatmiko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sayuti Santika saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th minute, Asrin Suherman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute, Sidharta Prasnanto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Tahafo's zone, Tiro Hutapea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sayuti Santika came out of the goal and Tiro Hutapea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. I Gusti Febrian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sayuti Santika having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by I Gusti Febrian in the 73rd minute of play forced Tahafo's goalkeeper Sayuti Santika to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roni Wijatmiko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sayuti Santika having to interfere. Kasino Makariem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eep Subiyakto having to interfere. After 88 minutes of play, Cibasalen FC's Daeng Daulay made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sayuti Santika was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 93rd minute of the match, Kasino Makariem got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eep Subiyakto was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 98th minute, Asrin Suherman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cibasalen FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tahafo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
