Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Husein Kalengkongan started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Putra Melak's Yance Kusumah got a free kick in the 4th minute. Dikdik Maulana was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Unno Komara. In the 7th minute, Ijong Goeslaw reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dikdik Maulana. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 14th minute, Kunto Azad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, Putra Wonosobo's Dikdik Maulana threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ijong Goeslaw, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 18 minutes Putra Melak's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Unno Komara who took care of the corner kick. The audience was convinced that Husein Kalengkongan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eko Hasudungan was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. When Ijong Goeslaw came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Putra Wonosobo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ijong Goeslaw couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Asep Ardisuta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Eko Hasudungan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Putra Wonosobo's zone, Asep Ardisuta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eko Hasudungan came out of the goal and Asep Ardisuta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The goalkeeper, Eko Hasudungan, was totally fooled by Putra Melak's Fikri Nasution, who 58 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Putra Melak's Dikdik Maulana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ijong Goeslaw in the 71st minute of play. Eko Hasudungan was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Husein Kalengkongan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Husein Kalengkongan really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. 80 minutes into the match, Putra Melak's goal looked a bit too open when Ijong Goeslaw came free, but Dikdik Maulana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Putra Wonosobo's goalkeeper Eko Hasudungan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Asep Ardisuta. 91 minutes into the match, Putra Melak's goal looked a bit too open when Kunto Azad came free, but Dikdik Maulana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dikdik Maulana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ijong Goeslaw in the 96th minute of play. If Husein Kalengkongan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded Putra Melak left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Putra Wonosobo.
