The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dudan Tanonaka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. But to his dismay, Gatot Yuliandi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Beredes's Dudan Tanonaka got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute, Putjangsari FC's Alwi Soesilo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. 33 minutes into the match, Putjangsari FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gatot Yuliandi came free, but Wendy Guritno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alwi Soesilo in the 34th minute of play forced Beredes's goalkeeper Zulkifli Waluyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Putjangsari FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 35th minute. Penalty! Putjangsari FC:s Wendy Guritno showed great skill when he stopped M. Ichwan Mahendra:s penalty. If Coky Kaimu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gatot Yuliandi to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, Putjangsari FC's Alwi Soesilo made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zulkifli Waluyo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alwi Soesilo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gatot Yuliandi might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wendy Guritno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gatot Yuliandi ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Putjangsari FC's Nicolas Sudarmaji got a free kick in the 60th minute. The supporters of Beredes booed when Putjangsari FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Coky Kaimu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gatot Yuliandi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Wendy Guritno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Putjangsari FC's Wendy Guritno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gatot Yuliandi in the 70th minute of play. Dudan Tanonaka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Wendy Guritno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute Gatot Yuliandi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wendy Guritno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute, Samuel Suseno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zulkifli Waluyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Coky Kaimu in the 97th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Putjangsari FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Beredes had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
