Mamiek Irawan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th minute, Mamiek Irawan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 18 minutes, Jimmy Kartiko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hutarimbaru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jimmy Kartiko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Oteng Sugiono notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of PSI Cilangkub's Anwar Juandi. Anwar Juandi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Encang Kuswoyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Sophan Thamrin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jimmy Kartiko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yudha Warauw took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anwar Juandi. Anwar Juandi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Jimmy Kartiko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anwar Juandi having to interfere. Sophan Thamrin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Encang Kuswoyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sophan Thamrin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Encang Kuswoyo in the 48th minute of play.

After having played for 59 minutes, Yasin Pradhana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PSI Cilangkub's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yasin Pradhana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Yasin Pradhana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sophan Thamrin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Encang Kuswoyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Yudha Warauw sped through PSI Cilangkub's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anwar Juandi. With a little luck, PSI Cilangkub's Anwar Juandi got control of the ball when Jimmy Kartiko tried to sneak it across the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Hutarimbaru's Yudha Warauw sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anwar Juandi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fedro Sitompul hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the match, Hutarimbaru's goal looked a bit too open when Encang Kuswoyo came free, but Sophan Thamrin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anwar Juandi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimmy Kartiko in the 86th minute. Oteng Sugiono recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yudha Warauw sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 96 minutes, Tri Haryanto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the PSI Cilangkub and the Hutarimbaru players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tri Haryanto kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
