Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Kasian FC's Igus Manusama started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Artha Fachrurozi hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 3rd minute Ponirin Tampubolon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fedro Sulistianto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teten Roekito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igus Manusama's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Ponirin Tampubolon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 10th minute, Ronny Pesolima hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 11 played minutes, Goenoeng's Tiro Kartawidjaja shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fedro Sulistianto came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Goenoeng reached it. Kasian FC's Fedro Sulistianto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adang Mantra in the 12th minute of play. Teten Roekito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igus Manusama in the 13th minute of the match. Deka Suarlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teten Roekito having to interfere. Deka Suarlan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teten Roekito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igus Manusama in the 19th minute of play. Igus Manusama blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teten Roekito having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adang Mantra in the 24th minute of play forced Kasian FC's goalkeeper Fedro Sulistianto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adang Mantra struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Fedro Sulistianto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goenoeng. 27 minutes into the match, Wempy Habibie notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Kasian FC's Fedro Sulistianto. Fedro Sulistianto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Teten Roekito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igus Manusama in the 30th minute of play. If Deka Suarlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adang Mantra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Kasian FC booed when Goenoeng was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ponirin Tampubolon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wempy Habibie's late challenge caught a Kasian FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wempy Habibie helped the player get up and apologised. In the 59th match minute, Goenoeng was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ponirin Tampubolon to maneuver through the defense. Kasian FC's Hendra Kusumo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 60th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Goenoeng. Adang Mantra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Igus Manusama in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teten Roekito prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teten Roekito made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Deka Suarlan in the 71st minute of play. Adang Mantra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Fedro Sulistianto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adang Mantra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adang Mantra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fedro Sulistianto having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Deka Suarlan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 97 played minutes Goenoeng got a freekick which was hit by Ponirin Tampubolon. In the 97th minute of the match Hendra Kusumo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teten Roekito skillfully saved the ball.
