After a defensive mix-up in Jaraukin FC's zone, Ismed Zamzam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yance Item came out of the goal and Ismed Zamzam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Nasrul Sutarman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nasrul Sutarman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francis Panggabean having to interfere. After 28 played minutes Putra Puncakgaru got a freekick which was hit by Bobby Danurwindo. Atep Napitupulu succeeded in the game's 31st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. When Ismed Zamzam came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Putra Puncakgaru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismed Zamzam couldn't finish the play. When Hastomo Purbaya fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jaraukin FC's protests and gave Hastomo Purbaya a yellow card for diving instead. With a little luck, Jaraukin FC's Yance Item got control of the ball when Ismed Zamzam tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ismed Zamzam struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Yance Item didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Putra Puncakgaru. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

With an all-out effort, Jaraukin FC's Francis Panggabean threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Atep Napitupulu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 54 minutes into the match, Jaraukin FC's Nasrul Sutarman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francis Panggabean narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zahran Tingkir kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Atep Napitupulu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 64th minute. Jaraukin FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 67 minutes into the match, Putra Puncakgaru's goal looked a bit too open when Atep Napitupulu came free, but Francis Panggabean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atep Napitupulu might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Francis Panggabean. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Atep Napitupulu ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 73 minutes, Ismed Zamzam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Putra Puncakgaru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ismed Zamzam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Nasrul Sutarman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Jaraukin FC's zone, Ismed Zamzam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yance Item came out of the goal and Ismed Zamzam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hastomo Purbaya was shown his second yellow card after 86 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Hastomo Purbaya hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute of the match Husin Sahertian sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yance Item skillfully saved the ball. Ismed Zamzam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Ismed Zamzam made a precise shot to the right of Yance Item. Jaraukin FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
