Chris Pattinasarani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jojo Muzakki in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 26th match minute, PSI Sepatin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Sihite to maneuver through the defense. PSB Lamin's Syahrul Yudhoyono got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of PSI Sepatin:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of PSB Lamin:s goal. After 38 played minutes PSI Sepatin got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Hutagalung. Warsidi Pangalila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Julian Pambudi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Stevanus Anggadiredja managed to get in a good position for a shot. PSI Sepatin's supporters rose to their feet, but Stevanus Anggadiredja was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julian Pambudi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kholil Muzakki charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kholil Muzakki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kholil Muzakki kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Jojo Muzakki hit a great freekick 49 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zidan Purbaya stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julian Pambudi came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by PSI Sepatin's Warsidi Pangalila. But to his dismay, Warsidi Pangalila quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 66 played minutes PSI Sepatin got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Hutagalung. Sulis Ardiansyah was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 67th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 68th minute, Anton Sihite hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, PSI Sepatin's goal looked a bit too open when Syahrul Yudhoyono came free, but Chris Pattinasarani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stevanus Anggadiredja kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute, Jojo Muzakki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Syahrul Yudhoyono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Chris Pattinasarani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jojo Muzakki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. When the match was over PSB Lamin could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than PSI Sepatin throughout the match.
