PSP Tatjim's Ceppy Surapradja proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save PSP Tatjim from getting a goal against them. Slamet Suryatna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Demas Kartiwa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The PSP Tatjim fans' excitement grew in the 34th match minute when PSP Tatjim's Hesky Sentanu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in PSP Tatjim's zone, Nuryono Hutasoit stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ceppy Surapradja came out of the goal and Nuryono Hutasoit tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hesky Sentanu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Serangdjaja FC's Tintus Riyadi got a free kick in the 57th minute. 64 minutes into the match, Serangdjaja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hesky Sentanu came free, but Demas Kartiwa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Hesky Sentanu notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Serangdjaja FC's Demas Kartiwa. Demas Kartiwa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 80th play minutes Asdi Wiryawan shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Demas Kartiwa and just under the crossbar into goal. If Hesky Sentanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 86 played minutes Serangdjaja FC got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Sahuleka. After 89 played minutes Serangdjaja FC got a freekick which was hit by Darto Martadi. In the 90th minute, Hesky Sentanu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Demas Kartiwa, passed just outside the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Slamet Suryatna got free with Demas Kartiwa in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 93 minutes of play Serangdjaja FC's Tintus Riyadi was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 93 played minutes Serangdjaja FC got a freekick which was hit by Tintus Riyadi. Slamet Suryatna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Demas Kartiwa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. PSP Tatjim's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
