In the 24th minute, Gofar Karaeng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Muladi Darwis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sadewa Hatala didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adam Kusumadilaga went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Jontar Burhanuddin might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hanafi Afiff. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jontar Burhanuddin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 36th minute, Gofar Karaeng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hanafi Ramdhani in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hanafi Afiff saved PSS Potebon from getting behind. After 44 played minutes Sekebunar FC got a freekick which was hit by Hanafi Ramdhani. When Makfi Oktavianus fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PSS Potebon's protests and gave Makfi Oktavianus a yellow card for diving instead. After recieving a nice pass, Sekebunar FC's Nuriana Maranatha tried to score from far away in the 48th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Muladi Darwis to make the kick off. Nuriana Maranatha took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Hanafi Afiff. PSS Potebon's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 58 minutes, Hanafi Ramdhani made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. PSS Potebon's Hanafi Afiff tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Sekebunar FC's Sadewa Hatala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Muladi Darwis in the 62nd minute of play. Daffa Suryatna kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Adam Kusumadilaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. The supporters of PSS Potebon booed when Sekebunar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wawa Hadiningrat didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Sekebunar FC's zone, Adam Kusumadilaga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sadewa Hatala came out of the goal and Adam Kusumadilaga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Hanafi Afiff managed to avoid a goal in the 87thth minute, when Sekebunar FC's Jontar Burhanuddin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Muladi Darwis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Sadewa Hatala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, Adam Kusumadilaga cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Sadewa Hatala was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Adam Kusumadilaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sadewa Hatala having to interfere. Hanafi Ramdhani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Hanafi Afiff tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The PSS Potebon fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sekebunar FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
