After having played for 4 minutes, Aming Ardikusumah managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Durenmarau's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aming Ardikusumah was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zidan Kurnia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Kadek Pitoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Durenmarau's Kadek Pitoy got control of the ball when Zidan Kurnia tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 12th minute Hasan Harahap shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Desta Tambunan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jurjela's Benny Nawawi got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Aming Ardikusumah managed to get in a good position for a shot. Durenmarau's supporters rose to their feet, but Aming Ardikusumah was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Desta Tambunan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Aming Ardikusumah sped through Jurjela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Desta Tambunan. Rio Karamoy hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. 48 minutes into the match, Durenmarau's Zulfikar Hasyim broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hasan Harahap to make the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Durenmarau's Aming Ardikusumah made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Desta Tambunan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 57th minute, Hasan Harahap got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulus Prasadha took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kadek Pitoy. Durenmarau's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 61 played minutes Durenmarau got a freekick which was hit by Idrus Rizaldi. Benny Nawawi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Kadek Pitoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Durenmarau were furious when Jajat Wicaksono was red carded, 67 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 67 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Durenmarau! The referee gave Jurjela a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by May Antoni, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Durenmarau's Kadek Pitoy. 1-2. If Zidan Kurnia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kadek Pitoy didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zidan Kurnia went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Aming Ardikusumah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Desta Tambunan made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Aming Ardikusumah sent off a good shot on target. 93 minutes into the game, Albertus Durahman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Durenmarau's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jurjela the free kick. In the 93rd match minute, Durenmarau was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albertus Durahman to maneuver through the defense. After 94 played minutes, Jurjela's May Antoni shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kadek Pitoy came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Jurjela reached it. After 99 played minutes Jurjela got a freekick which was hit by Rio Karamoy. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
