When Khaidir Kaunang fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PSP Pariuk's protests and gave Khaidir Kaunang a yellow card for diving instead. After 24 played minutes PSP Pariuk got a freekick which was hit by Khaidir Kaunang. The long shot by Iie Somantri in the 25th minute really tested Erik Mahing's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Sondang Manaf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Mahing having to interfere. Ilyas Muntu kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Erwin Jayusman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Atep Prastowo was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julianda Sinaga to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, PSI Katoea's goalkeeper Atep Prastowo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erwin Jayusman. Erik Mahing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sondang Manaf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boyke Sianturi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atep Prastowo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. When Boyke Sianturi fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PSP Pariuk's protests and gave Boyke Sianturi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute, Boyke Sianturi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
