Bertha Zayyinulhak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jehad Barkawi having to interfere. Dodo Sastranegara hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Martin Widianto scored 1-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Honestra Kartiwa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 18 played minutes, PSM Agoda's Tintus Manoppo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Honestra Kartiwa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in PSM Agoda reached it. Rangga Yarman kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Putjangan's Honestra Kartiwa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Putjangan from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Putjangan booed when PSM Agoda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tintus Manoppo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience held their breath when Rebiyana Kalabessi in the 28th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Jehad Barkawi's left hand side. Niki Suartama might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jehad Barkawi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niki Suartama ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to PSM Agoda getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Dodo Sastranegara hit a great ball. Topan Syamsuddn hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Jehad Barkawi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertha Zayyinulhak in the 36th minute of the match. PSM Agoda's Jehad Barkawi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niki Suartama in the 38th minute of play. Bertha Zayyinulhak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Topan Syamsuddn struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Honestra Kartiwa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PSM Agoda. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martin Widianto made a kick off. A collision led to PSM Agoda getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Virgiawan Aritonang hit a great ball. Niki Suartama might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jehad Barkawi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Niki Suartama ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 58 minutes, Niki Suartama managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Putjangan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niki Suartama was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jehad Barkawi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bertha Zayyinulhak in the 67th minute. After having played for 70 minutes, Niki Suartama managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Putjangan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niki Suartama was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute Topan Syamsuddn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Honestra Kartiwa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Putjangan's Niki Suartama got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Virgiawan Aritonang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niki Suartama fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jehad Barkawi having to interfere. The supporters of PSM Agoda booed when Putjangan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Seno Wanandi didn't get a good kick on the ball.
