The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Sosial getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Vennard Fatary hit a great ball. Christian Yuliandi hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Pongky Darusman made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Marzuki Kaisiepo sent off a good shot on target. When PSP Tjirateun's Rhoma Fuadi in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sosial's goalie prevented a goal. Sosial's Ateng Ismanto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armand Tanujaya in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Armand Tanujaya cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ateng Ismanto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When PSP Tjirateun's Rhoma Fuadi in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sosial's goalie prevented a goal. Armand Tanujaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. PSP Tjirateun's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sosial the free kick. After 28 played minutes PSP Tjirateun got a freekick which was hit by Tyo Mustamu. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marzuki Kaisiepo got free with Pongky Darusman in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Sosial players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. PSP Tjirateun were winning 0-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yessie Khaidir to strike the kick off in the second half. Pongky Darusman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Uu Kasela's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind PSP Tjirateun's goalkeeper Pongky Darusman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sutan Garnadi kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Sosial's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rhoma Fuadi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 62nd minute, Armand Tanujaya fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Marzuki Kaisiepo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Pongky Darusman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, PSP Tjirateun's Sutan Leimena got a free kick in the 66th minute. Ateng Ismanto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armand Tanujaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ateng Ismanto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armand Tanujaya, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Marzuki Kaisiepo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pongky Darusman having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as PSP Tjirateun's Armand Tanujaya slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ateng Ismanto. That made the score 0-2 after 84 minutes of play. If Marzuki Kaisiepo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched PSP Tjirateun eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
